By accessing or using Restore Roleplay ("we", "our", "us"), including our website, server, store, and community platforms, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for ensuring your account details are accurate and secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your connected accounts (including Discord/FiveM where applicable).

3. Store Purchases

All products sold through the Restore Roleplay store are digital, virtual in-server items or benefits. Prices are displayed in GBP. Applicable VAT and checkout taxes are presented during checkout.

Payments are processed through Tebex and their checkout systems. By purchasing, you also agree to relevant Tebex terms and policies.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. Refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion where legally required or in cases of duplicate/unauthorized transactions.

5. Fair Use and Conduct

You must not exploit, abuse, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse any part of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of server rules, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or conduct that harms the community.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, package, feature, or price at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of website or server services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restore Roleplay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data, access, progression, or virtual assets.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
